Atlantic Commercial Park, with a construcción cost estimated at $53million, is located in a 26-acre lot in Bayamón next to major thoroughfare PR-2. The project consists of a 60,000 sf Administrative Office Building, a 322,000 sf Warehouse, a cafeteria and an area for equipment maintenance. The Warehouse facilities include a loading area capacity for 52 container trucks as well as parking space for 71 additional container trucks.
