The project area is located in St. Teresa of Gallura in Sardinia, one of the most beautiful areas to spend the summer in Italy.

The fund consists of 12 units ranging from 40 square meters to 80 square meters, aimed at families wishing to have a second home to spend the summer months. The west orientation favors natural light during the day and the view to the sea. For controlling climatically irradiation was created a porch that protects from the sun zenith.
