The project is located in Polanco district, on the north side of Chapultepec park, the big green public area of Mexico City. The functions required are retail at ground floor, offices and luxury residences at the top 4 levels.

The main purpose of the competition is to integrate the new project with the existing Presidente Hotel (east side) and, at the same time, preserve the view of the rooms faceing the park.

The concept starts from the idea of hug the surrounding. The tower is developed around a circonference center in the middle of the hotel. The elevation shape is got by a ellipse and becomes smaller at the upper levels.

The portions of circumference creates a progression of spaces generated around a green buffer zone that controls the main circulation system inside the area.
