The Lido Tower and Lido Renovation project consists of a renovation of an historic apartment building and the addition of a 250 foot tall by 40 foot wide high-end condominium tower.  The tower's design is defined by a series of solutions mandated by the lot's small size.  To increase the tower's efficiency, a series of 2 level lofts comprise the majority of the units.
