State Street Townhomes - Designed and created the entitlement package for 47 residential townhomes in Carlsbad.
17 West Lofts Designed and created the entitlement package for 137 high- end residential lofts in Costa Mesa.
Wilmington Avenue TOD Managed the entitlement of a 130 unit senior housing project adjacent to the Green Line in Los Angeles.
24444 Hawthorne Mixed Use - Designed and created permit drawings for an office and townhome mixed use project in Torrance, California.
Huntington Beach Main Street Designed a 20 unit condominium project along the main pedestrian promenade of Huntington beach.
Hoover Street Small Lots Designed and Entitled an 8 unit small lot project in the MacArthur Park area of Los Angeles.
Moreno Valley Master Plan - Designed a master plan for 2,000 home community in Moreno Valley. Plan included shopping districts, hotels, and senior housing.

Richard N. Slawson Southeast Occupational Center - Lead the design of a 30 million dollar for a highly specialized vocation school in Bell, California. The project meets the thorough programmatic requirements, while being sustainably responsive. The school was awarded a state wide C.A.S.H. honor award.
Garfield Auditorium - Designed a 25 million dollar auditorium for Garfield High, in East Los Angeles. The exterior of the auditorium precisely designed to filter sunlight into the interiors, while provided optimal acoustical performance.
Susan Miller Dorsey High School Redevelopment Assisted in design for a gymnasium remodel and classroom addition for Dorsey High
Additional Projects – Led the design team for several design / build educational projects including, the Pierce Community College Horticultural campus and Performance Arts competition, and the San Jose Community College art campus.

JWDA, Shanghai, CN, Design Manager

Hyatt Jinmao Chongming - Aided in the design of the 200 key hotel resort outside of Shanghai.
Hainan Maniao Bay Resort - Masterplanned the Maniao Bay resort community in Hainan province. The community consists of hotels, housing towers, and shopping centers.
Dalian Golden Beach - Designed the schematic design for a clubhouse and hotel. The program consists of banquet rooms, restaurants, hotel rooms, retail, and spa facilities.

The Horizon at Playa Vista - Directed the design team for the Horizon at Playa Vista, a 250 Million dollar office complex in West Los Angeles. The projects consists of 7 class-A office buildings arranged into 3 separate campuses.
The Lido Tower and Renovation - Managed the design team for the Lido Tower condominium and historic renovation project. The 85 million dollar project consists of a 24 story residential tower and the renovation of a historic apartment building.
Verdugo Gardens - Aided in the design development for a 22 story residential tower in Glendale, California. The project is conceived as a series of offset rectangular massing punctuated with elevated outdoor gardens.
Hillcrest Country Club - Designed a 90 million dollar clubhouse for one of the most premier country clubs in Los Angeles. The clubhouse consists of numerous dining rooms, a state of art kitchen, high-end locker rooms, and a separate banqueting facility.
Folio Winery - Designed a winery and wine making facilities for the Mondavi family.
