This Industrial Cold Storage facility in Eugene, Oregon was  a multi-building complex conceptual design situated upon a 32 acre site The intent of this design was to bring down the massive presence of a typical facility of this size and focus on the human scale.

Special interest was paid to the pleasure and ease for the workers as well as preserving and protecting the wetlands on the site. Measures in sustainability included on-site include water retention and reuse of expended heat through the inclusion of a brewery and public tasting room.
