Our Office, located in Lower Manhattan since 2001, is a converted storefront studio space which formally operated as an open-air passage for horses. The linear lower work area, reconfigurable by sliding workstations, segues to an adjacent, elevated collective research and meeting space with access to a private, exterior garden. Our prototyping and small-scale fabrication facility is located on the lower level.

Situated in the four floors above are 9 condominium units ranging from a 350 SF studio to a 1500 SF full floor home, each uniquely juxtaposing the existing massive masonry shell with an efficient fluidity of contemporary urban living.
