These townhouses were designed in 1994 to a developer located in the Southern region of Brazil. Clay roof and wood were the trend of that time. The constraints of the lot dictated the location of the units, and despite the limited space, the design allowed for vaulted-ceilings and a mezzanine opening the space. Just recently, the architect used the existing project footprint to update the project to a more contemporary style.
