International Travel:
As a young liberal arts student, I was given the opportunity to travel with a relief team to Central America to erect basic CMU buildings to be used as shelters, hospitals, orphanages, or gathering places. Each day I spent learning about construction and the communities, I became more aware of the relationship of architecture to solving the issues facing these and similar communities worldwide.
