The 18 houses are arranged in two rows, which are parallel to the main village road and open up to a view of the mountains on the south-west. The first row of houses, ground + 2 floors tall, close to the street, attempts to prolong thevillage atmosphere through its facade. On the ground level, those houses have a garage and a hobby room, which can be converted to become a small office, practice or shop. In between the two rows of houses, common areas including a park and kids’ games have been introduced.
