Through a simple architectural design, all workspaces have been shifted away from the facade, providing a tranquil environment. The facade, designed as glass canopies in a dynamic dark red tone, changes throughout the day thus creating a shifting visual experience. Reflecting trees, neighboring buildings, and the activities of the forecourt, the facade becomes an integral part of the city landscape. It seamlessly transitions from city to shop, offering a modern interpretation of classic canopies that enhances urban life.

By repositioning the corridor facing the facade, the once dull passage has been transformed into a gallery.
