In this project, we focused on MEP design for a residential and retail building. We used eQuest for Energy modelling and consequently sized the HVAC. We also designed the lighting, possible production of renewable energy with PV panels, calculated the water use using LEED water calculators and then devised a strategy to reduce water consumption.
