The building’s design is based on the site’s history and geography and merges together sustainability, landscape, architecture and interior design. The monolithic look of the building results from its horizontal style and highlights the site on two levels the landscape and the surrounding neighborhood.
The multipurpose project has a varied floor and levels’ program: public ground floor, educational first floor and office space last floor all surrounding the auditorium at the core of the building. The different areas are separated one another by two different level entrances, by an articulated program division and a clear circulation system that gives shape to a compartmentalized and concentrated building.
The auditorium can be used in different ways as well as the magnificent main lobby. Modern, robust materials are used. The building’s transparency and integration of green patios make it easier for visitors finding their way around the building naturally.
The inviting main entrance is on the special design square, playing a key role in the design of the landscape with the buildings.
