Final project - an Urban School located in the south of Tel Aviv.
This project critiques the existing discipline of school planning and suggests a new thinking of learning as a process in an urban space. By defining new possible ways of school meets a street and an urban context, and by creating new relations between learning as a process and the city (as an experience). Thus they share one space, with overlapping but independent functions, they co-existing in a unique and interdependent way.
This project is deconstructing the learning process itself and is using properties of the site, to reconstruct a new architectural syntax which allows diverse learning experiences from the urban space.
