This is a proposal for a building in the city center that integrates a memorial, museum or exhibition area, a meditation room and a multipurpose space.

It is intended to provide the city with a point of interest, increasing public space, creating a link through the staircase that functions as the focal point of the building, inviting people to a plaza located on the upper level.
