This particular design recently presented for a condo in Ginebra,Valle. The project is a 22 single family homes that wanted to explore sustainable design to reduce operations. Each home has a 8,550 SF Lot area. Type 1 is a 1,833 SF Construction, developed in  two floors with the following program: Outside Parking, Main Entrance, Main Interior Garden, powder room, service area for maid room, maid bathroom, closet, laundry area, storage room for sustainable equipment, multipurpose room, interior service patio, service hall to kitchen, desk, Main Kitchen with Island with service to exterior back terrace,  Living and Dining Room open to Kitchen, Main Stair, Second level Hall, Star TV, 1 Bedroom with Bath , 1 Master Bedroom with master bath, Balcony with access to third level Green Roof Garden.

Sustainable Features: Solar Panels on Roof, Rain Water Harvesting, Well, Recycle Rain Water, Natural Wind System, Wind Chimney, Sustainable Materials, Vertical Gardens, Vertical Agriculture at Kitchen Area, Efficient lighting fixtures, Low consume plumbing fixtures, between others.
