The Philippe has a clear design intention, to be an iconic family residence for those looking for modern yet conservative style.
Just a few steps from New York’s Central Park, and in the heart of Manhatttan’s Upper West Side neighborhood, this 12-story luxury residential building offers apartment and duplex options, two to four bedroom apartments and a penthouse with a deck.
The Phillipe also introduces novel environmental innovation. With its “passive house” design, the building demonstrates unprecedented performance and self-energy sufficiency,
exceeding LEED standards. This zero-net energy capability allows the Phillipe to constantly maintain a comfortable interior climate without active heating or cooling systems.
The building’s sustainability is achieved with a system of gray brick, a zinc curtain wall, and triple glazing. Not only is the Phillipe a
technological icon, it is an elegant structure that blends into its surroundings.
