A mixed-use project, the Ranch is located in Avandaro, Mexico. It was designed for a family of six to be used as an entertainment, weekend and vacation retreat. The 90 acre site includes: Stables, Tennis courts, Discotheque, Motorcycle track and garage with a locker room , Central house and four guest houses, Office, Gym, Spa and temascal, Two staff houses, Pool, Outdoor party room.
This vast project required additional services that include a facility for water recollection and recycling, a solar panel system providing energy for every facility, waterless toilet fixtures, waste recycling area, and a security room and system.
The Ranch project used local materials such rocks from the area, CMU, aluminum curtain walls with double glazing features, steel columns and joists, wood, and Spanish tile for roofing. The existing landscape was minimally altered and incorporates discreet paths and rest areas with benches and canopies
