The basic idea was to attract sports and wellness enthusiasts to meet and live in a 'village' that supported interaction and livability in a somewhat self contained layout. A general layout was approved and several concept sketches were created to give life to the community.  There were two architectural themes investigated: French and Italian.  The two principle attractions were a tennis facility and golf club.  Condos and attached townhouses were planned in the more dense inner core and higher end single family detached units on the periphery.
