Working with Bulthaup, Amy Lau Design, and IP Group Engineers, we maximized storage and function in this Tribeca Penthouse by reworking the layout —alongside a few building systems—to provide for an additional powder room, upgrading the existing electrical service and drilling through the roof to provide for a coveted vented gas dryer, all while maintaining a clean and elegant solution for the client. 

Contending with an existing 20.703-degree angle necessitated us to have incredible precision and accuracy in the design, finished floor plan and management of the construction process.
