MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  •  M.Arch Degree
  • Min. 2yrs of US experience (NYC preferred)
  • Fluency in Revit is a MUST
  • Excellent English Fluency, organizational communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
  • Clear communication, dedication on your work quality, proactive approach. 
  • Advance knowledge of digital material creation methods, lighting and texturing;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - min)
  • Flexibility in design and ability to take direction, feedback, and observations with a positive attitude.

YOU MUST BE 

  • motivated to do architectural design.
  • capable of meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
  • capable of putting a logical presentation material
  • capable of researching material, details, etc. 
  • capable of communicating with vendors, contractors. 
  • capable of reading and understanding Code and Zoning. 
  • Self-starting, motivated, intellectual, smart, and friendly.
