PALETTE ARCHITECTURE was founded in 2010 and has branches in New York and Los Angeles.  The firm focuses on residential, hospitality, and educational projects.  We utilize a pragmatic approach to explore the limits and design opportunities of each project.  From inception through completion, design concepts are developed and iterated upon with input from team members, clients, engineers, and builders.  Current work includes single and multi-family residential projects, day care fit-outs, and development projects.

This job offers opportunities for an architect to get experience with local projects at all stages.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual eager to engage in design, construction documents, and construction administration.   The firm size, and hands-on nature of the work will give the proper candidate a full understanding of what it takes to get projects.  We are looking for an organized, pro-active candidate that is capable of multi-tasking and taking projects through to completion.  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture with 0-3 years of professional experience
• Strong conceptual design approach working from Concept phase through Construction Administration demonstrated with portfolio examples as well as professional experience
• Communication and collaboration are extremely important
• Detail oriented and organized approach
• Proficiency in Revit
• 3-D Modeling and Renderings
• Proficiency in Adobe programs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
