YOUR CONTRIBUTION IS IMPORTANT

With your enthusiasm and strong organizational and time management skills, you would have an immediate role in supporting a variety of challenging historic projects encompassing a range of sizes and property types.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the production of conceptual design packages and construction documents.
  • Supporting project teams with presentation materials.
  • Performing architectural building surveys and condition assessments.
  • Reviewing historic drawings and documents.
  • Writing and compiling feasibility and existing conditions studies.
  • Aiding in the permitting and project approvals processes.
  • Assisting the team with construction administration services including processing and reviewing submittals and requests for information.
