YOUR ROLE
You will play a crucial role in turning houses into homes. Your main responsibilities include defining interior design standards and develop catalogues of finishes compatibles with the ZURU product, as well as developing furniture collections to stage our houses.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role will be pivotal in curating a diverse range of finishes, furnishing and design options that cater to a wide spectrum of tastes and needs, ensuring a tailored experience for each customer. Your expertise will be crucial in generating visual representations that effectively communicate the aesthetic vision for our products to cross-functional teams.

Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team, you'll play a central role in refining design aesthetics and optimizing the functionality of our offerings to enhance user satisfaction.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to the design and production of exclusive properties, showcasing the versatility and potential of our interior design offer. Your contributions will further solidify our position as leaders in innovation within the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop design collections, ranging from furniture, kitchens, and cabinetry to architectural finishes
• Develop houses exterior finishes
•  Work closely with our software development teams to integrate high design standard into the staging and renderings of our houses, including supporting our innovative AI team into developing automatic staging tools
•  Generate rules for optimizing room sizing, space layout, and enhance overall customer and future home-owner experience
•  Work closely with our sourcing teams to curate a selection of furniture, decorative objects, and rugs, ensure quality control, versatility of the pieces and pricing requirements
•  Research, select and document FF&E
•  Develop lighting principles and guides to enhance the comfort and quality of the ZURU houses

REQUIRED

• Master’s degree in interior architecture
• 5+ years of experience in an interior architecture role
• Experience with CAD drawings (Rhino is a must) and rendering software
• Very strong representation skills, both from a technical, verbal, and aesthetic perspective
• Ability to use and develop new tools without being afraid to challenge traditional work methods and processes
• Capacity to contribute to a multidisciplinary team and to move project forward in a fast timeline
