PROJECT or DESIGN ARCHITECT

FEARON HAY – LOS ANGELES

Fearon Hay are looking for a Project or Design Architect to join our award-winning Los Angeles studio.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented designer with excellent project co-ordination and communication skills to assist on all aspects of our USA based projects. 

Based in our Venice Beach studio, you will collaborate with Fearon Hay’s architectural team both locally and remotely with our New Zealand studio.

This role requires high level technical abilities and the passion to apply these in complex project environments across all design and delivery phases.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• US experience in high-end residential projects is essential
• Experience across all project phases in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• A high-level of fluency across Revit, Sketch-up and Enscape
• Strong ability to resolve complex detailing
• Excellent communication skills
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience
