Leroy Street Studio is a unique architectural firm with an integrated practice model that incorporates community design, construction management, and interior design. Our work is inspired by innovation, the craft of construction, and a collaborative approach. 

We are seeking a mid-level architect/designer to assist with and lead the development of projects through all phases of design. 

Requirements for the position:

• Professional degree (B Arch or M Arch).
• 5-8 years of work experience, preferably with experience in single-family residential design.
• Strong design background with good research, technical, and detailing skills.
• Strong team player with leadership potential.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency in Sketchup / Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite; ArchiCAD a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an intensive, open office environment.
