TCA is looking for a Construction Administration (CA) Coordinator to act as the secondary contact for contractor and client construction personal. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of all aspects of a project, including the legal aspects of the profession, incorporate and analyze the impact of project revisions throughout the entire construction set, and lead the team to resolve complex issues. Additional responsibilities include assisting the CA Manager in providing site observations, written reports, obtaining timely approvals and decisions from clients and consultants, identifying issues, and final project close-out.


  • Minimum 4 years Revit experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail, good sense of design, color, texture & scale
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and multi-task


Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred

Position Location:

The Job Captain will be working in our Downtown Los Angeles Office. We offer a hybrid schedule of working between two to three days in the office and the remaining days at home.
