STAT Architecture is a small architecture firm based in mid-town NYC focusing multi-family housing (high end condos to affordable housing) projects. The projects are mostly new construction projects and gut rehabilitation projects. We are looking for architect (s) at an intermediate level to join the team immediately.

This position will provide an incredible opportunity to work on the frontlines of the design process from design to construction documents to field visits on both new construction projects and gut rehabilitation projects in all the boroughs of New York City. 

Junior to Intermediate level applicants should have

• ·       STRONG PROFICIENCY IN REVIT (this is an absolute must),
• ·       Minimum 3-5 years’ professional experience with Bachelor of Architecture Degree from an accredited program
• ·       Strong written and verbal skills, fluency and grammar
• ·        Knowledge/Understanding of NYC Building Codes & Standards/ADA and IBC
• ·        Detailing experience and an understanding of building material and systems
• ·        Rhino, Indesign rendering skills 
• ·        Ability to produce and oversee drawings sets and coordinate the same with engineers
• ·        Work with regulatory agencies with the City & State of New York for project approval
• ·        Construction administration experience, RFIs, submittals, site surveys and preparing reports
