Freelancer with Retail Design/Architecture Experience
Studio Lourdes seeks a Freelancer with Retail Design/Architecture experience to be responsible for management and coordination of the project delivery process for retail/workplace interior projects for significant brands.

The Role
This is your opportunity to work across a range of creative projects for valuable and notable brands within a vibrant and friendly community. The Freelancer will be responsible for:
Management and coordination of the project delivery process for projects of variable scale
Collaboration with consultants and Client’s consultants to ensure high standards of deliverables.
Serves as a main contributor during client meetings
Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties
Develops, documents, and implements design, including detailing, material specifications, research, analytics, calculations, code compliance and quality control
Produces construction documents with a strong sensitivity to design
Coordinates the project delivery process with project consultants
Attends and conducts site surveys, construction meetings and prepares field reports, answers RFIs, reviews shop drawings and prepares change bulletins
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Assists with financial management of all assigned projects
Attends and participates in client meetings and is responsible for developing and maintaining positive client relationships
MUST BE proficient in AutoCAD
