LUNO Design Studio is seeking highly motivated designers and project managers with 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-end single-family residential architecture. Your portfolio must clearly demonstrate exceptional design talent, experience coordinating detailed projects, and the ability to manage a project from conceptual design through construction administration. 

Our ideal candidate is curious, thoughtful, and designs with enthusiasm. They exhibit effective communication skills, positive professionalism, enjoy working collaboratively with a team, are highly self-motivated, and assume accountability for deadlines and quality of work. Candidates must be organized and comfortable with working on multiple projects at once at varying stages of design. Candidates demonstrate a willingness to provide more than is expected and are driven by team-oriented success. Interior Architecture experience is an added bonus but not a requirement. 

Requirements: 

• Professional degree (Bachelors and/or Masters in Architecture) 
• 3-5 years minimum of drafting experience in a U.S. based or equivalent architectural firm 
• Previous work experience demonstrating efficient modeling and drafting skills using Revit
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Proficient in Adobe Create Suite and Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities:  

• Design components of a project under the direction of the two Principals
  
• Develop detailed design packages and technical drawings for  LADBS, City of Santa Monica, City of Malibu, City of Hidden Hills and/or City of Beverly Hills
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers through all phases of design development and construction
  
• Produce written team correspondence and manage project documents per LUNO Design Studio standards
• Participation in client and on-site meetings 
• Other responsibilities as assigned
