Role Description
A licensed or unlicensed Architect/Architectural Designer who leads, organizes and coordinates project teams and assignments to complete complex projects. Responsible for ensuring that the production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, and responsible for project scope, schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to the team. Coordinates communication between project team, sub-contractors and other disciplines. Conducts code analyses and acts as a primary point of contact with jurisdictions. Conducts on-site observations and prepares architect’s field reports. Performs submittal reviews during construction, maintains RFI and submittal logs. Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions. Directly supervises the teams’ design and technical delivery.
