Job description

Manhattan based Retail Real Estate Development Company seeks an energetic and dedicated Junior Designer. Ideal candidate will have Architectural, Interior Design or Construction experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years experience in Architecture or Interior Design, retail exposure preferred.
• Ability to function both autonomously and within a team environment.
• Ability to create and modify schematic drawings and renderings with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform field surveys documenting existing conditions.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, MEP systems and building codes.
• Maintain drawings and files.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat, and Office.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
