Steven Holl Architects is seeking a highly organized motivated self-starter to assist with marketing and light office management for our New York City office. Primary marketing responsibilities include research, proposal production and submission for potential projects. Office Management responsibilities include phone, email, ordering supplies, and light plant management. Applicants must be extremely organized self-starters who are able to multi-task, follow through, and have a positive demeanor. This position works closely with the Managing Associate and Executive Assistant.


- Strong graphic design skills
- Demonstrated command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Editorial and writing skills
- Good organization and people skills
- College graduate with demonstrated engagement in architecture and art

The ideal candidate would have a minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience with marketing and/or business development for architecture firms. This role provides an excellent opportunity for advancement.
