We seek a full-time Architectural Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of post-graduate, professional experience, preferably with a Masters of Architecture. The applicant should have experience with managing an extensive townhouse residential renovation in NYC, as well as possess exceptional, demonstrated design talent, be self-driven and motivated, thrive in a collaborative environment, and be able to coordinate consultant teams.

The position will involve:

·      Working closely with the principal and senior staff on all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration and FF&E.

·      Engaging in design studies, digital modeling, product and material research.

·      Understanding building codes, space and site considerations, and client requirements to determine their impact on architectural designs.

·      Coordinating with engineering and specialty consultants to integrate their work into unified architectural design solutions.

·      Producing construction documents, including details and material specifications.


Qualities of the ideal candidate will include:

 ·      A Master’s Degree in Architecture is preferred.

·      A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate, professional experience.

·      Experience in project management and mentoring junior staff.

·      Well-developed strategic and critical thinking abilities.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Rhino, and V-Ray.

·      Excellent graphic skills.
