The Opportunity:               

The Corporate Reporting Specialist role will be responsible for analyzing the accuracy of the current reports used by the corporate team. This role will also be able to integrate knowledge learned from BI team to some of the projects needed in the Corporate Accounting. With leadership approval and guidance, the access to R and SQL will be accessible for use in this new role to help facilitate the duties and responsibilities. Corporate Reporting Specialist should be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Accounting Budget Liaison by ensuring accurate coding of source documents prior to budget report distribution to all leaders
  • Assist in quarterly Consultant Accrual Clean-up
  • Update Consultant Payable Report to capture all payment exceptions
  • Oversee Weekly Purchasing Management
  • Manage and improve Fixed Asset Register
  • Manage monthly transactional data of Auto Allowance Program
  • Assist with Year-End Reporting for annual review
  • Improve/Develop automated A/R Reporting to be used by the PMs
  • Develop and implement Consultant AP Reporting to be used by the PMs
  • Improve tax reporting and compliance and business licenses worksheets
  • Participate in Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects at multiple levels of complexity as required
