MUL-MAC Architecture & Design is a boutique firm made up of licensed Architects and Interior Designers. The company, founded by Keith Muller, and Michael Maciocia, are experts in Commercial Interior Design, Building Repositioning, Ground-Up Multi-Family, and Single-Family Residential projects.

We are a full-service Architecture and Design firm, providing Programming, Design expertise, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration services. We pride ourselves at being at the forefront of technology in our industry, using Revit as our primary design and documentation tool. This enables us to walk clients through the design of a project with the use of VR headsets, and 3D immersive presentations.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
  • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
  • Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of related project experience
  • State Licensure, or desire to attain a plus
  • Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup
  • Proficiency in Revit essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or foreign equivalent
  • Legal right to work in U.S.
