Responsibilities:

  • Produce and oversee technical documentation in Revit that aligns with design intent and project requirements
  • Comfortable interpreting and implementing state and local codes on large-scale projects
  • Manage internal project teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Principal and project managers
  • Coordinate with external consultant teams and communicate directly with clients
  • Assist with project management duties related to project scheduling, budget, and staffing

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional (non-internship) experience, 7+ preferred. 
  • B.Arch or M. Arch from an accredited university
  • Licensed or in the process of completing your AREs
  • Highly proficient with Revit
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively with clients and consultants. Leadership skills are a must.
  • Self-starter attitude with experience working on complex projects
  • Excellent design sensibility and familiarity with construction techniques
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
