Job Description:

  • Intermediate-level architect/designer position with an emphasis on technical documentation skills.
  • SDG provides unique opportunities to participate in all stages of the project process with an emphasis on the planning, production, and implementation of construction documents and construction administration of a project
  • The candidate must be fluent in 2 and 3-dimensional drawing skills in Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD.
  • The position provides opportunities to grow into long-term leadership positions in a collaborative design-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of architectural codes and professional practice.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in the technical aspects of the architectural process.
  • Interest and fluency in understanding how project documents are planned, assembled and executed.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a professional design environment.
  • Professional degree (Master or Bachelor) in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design drawing and conceptualization skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, CAD, Revit, and word processing software
  • Demonstrated skills in realistic 3-dimensional rendering, and 3D printing processes
  • Experience in creating high quality renderings.
