We are currently seeking a talented BIM Specialist with 3-7 years of architectural/design firm experience who is interested in contributing to and thriving in a positive, mentoring studio environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Include, but not limited to,

- Establish, develop, and implement design technology workflows within and beyond Revit

- Create and maintain project-specific and office-wide parametric content

- Actively monitor and streamline Revit models

- Actively engage with design teams to troubleshoot and ensure best BIM practices are being followed

- Assist teams with 3D coordination, energy analysis, interoperability, and other BIM-specific workflows

- Educate staff in Revit and related architectural software

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university

- 3-7 years of professional work experience primarily utilizing Revit

- Experience with one or more of the following: Dynamo, Revit API, Navisworks

- Knowledge of architectural design and the basics of architectural drawing set production and 3D coordination

- Portfolio demonstrating work in Revit and Revit Family Editor

- Must be organized, structured, and detail-oriented

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
