We are a design-oriented residential construction company working exclusively on high end modern and contemporary architectural projects. Our projects include ground up residences as well as historic preservation and restoration of mid-century modern homes. Our in-house Design Team and Project Managers work together to develop and implement innovative solutions to traditional design and construction methodologies. All of our work is performed at the highest level. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Assistant Project Manager, with at least 3 years experience, to work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents. Daily responsibilities include:

• Work with Project Manager to manage information about our projects including bidding, schedule, scope of work, design details, design changes, change orders, customer information management

• Procure building materials, fixtures, and equipment as needed for the project • Communicate with the project team regarding RFI's, material submittals, shop drawings, and track their progress

• Read and comprehend plans, specifications, bid materials, contracts and other related documents

• Maintain up to date and organized drawing and document files

• Submit and review plan check and permit submissions to city for approval

• Coordinate and enforce safety protocol The ideal candidate will have experience with modern and contemporary design, style and construction methods. Our projects are at the high end of the quality spectrum, which requires a keen eye for detail and architectural proportion. Additional Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction

• Budgeting and cost reporting

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in scheduling programs such as Team Gantt or Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). ProCore a plus. • Ability to prepare shop drawings and details in Sketchup a huge plus. Education/Experience:

• Minimum of (3) three years of verifiable experience in high end, modern or contemporary residential construction is preferred. We pride ourselves on producing exemplary work in a supportive, safe, and successful working environment.
