We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess strong organizational, management, communication and design skills. This individual will handle the most complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a well-spoken, and organized leader. Applicants should be thorough and detail-oriented, with ability to oversee multiple short- and long-term tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.


  • Applicants must have 10 or more years of experience after receiving their M.Arch
  • Candidate must have a valid United States Architecture license at a minimum, we would prefer hiring candidates with a valid license in New York State.
  • Knowledgeable in green technology and sustainable building practices and systems. LEED accreditation a plus.
  • Must have extensive knowledge in preparation of concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications, and construction administration including RFI response, shop drawing review, etc. 
  • Must have international building document experience with a full technical knowledge of exteriors, interiors, building systems, new construction and renovation.
  • Must have NYC construction document experience with a full technical knowledge of exteriors, interiors, building systems, new construction and renovation.
  • Experience in historic renovation project is a plus.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles and international building codes.
  • Professional Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Revit, Project Manager and Rhino, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign


  • The right candidate will serve as the primary client liaison. 
  • They will actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communication and documentation.
  • They will be responsible for coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
  • The right candidate will be expected to estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.
  • They will provide oversight and monitoring of work of less experienced project managers.
  • They will be expected to act as a team leader
