Connect Homes, a revolutionary modern prefab homebuilder with an office in Los Angeles and a factory in San Bernardino, is looking for a passionate person to represent our company in Los Angeles, CA.  The ideal candidate is someone who has residential architectural experience and loves to speak with clients.  This role is point person between new clients and Connect Homes. You will facilitate securing new projects and outlining the overall scope of the project.    

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage initial requests from prospective clients to educate them on the Connect Homes process, products, and services.
  • Follow-up with prospective clients and nurture relationships.
  • Demonstrate the product by hosting tours of a model home.
  • Meet with qualified prospects and perform an initial consultation to discuss site issues, fit-out options, and the budget.
  • Meet at qualified prospects’ site to perform an initial site visit.
  • Determine if logistics team is needed to further evaluate delivery and setting of modules.
  • Perform a site checklist evaluation and create photo documentation of the site and approach.
  • Research local planning and building code requirements to be knowledgeable about residential zoning requirements and the plan check process.
  • Create site plan diagrams using zoning research to determine if a model home will work at the proposed site.
  • Create an initial project report once a client signs a design services agreement.
  • Prepare detailed budgets for prospective clients.
  • Maintain all lead information in the Company’s customer relationship management software.
  • Manage a team of Regional Rep’s to provide technical support and weekly updates from the Company.
  • Maintain and update standard floor plans used for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Maintain and update standard specifications list and finish options booklet used for sales and marketing purposes.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional architectural design experience, ideally with residential projects.
  • Must learn how to use the company customer relationship management software.

Location:

The New Client Project Manager will work in downtown Los Angeles with some travel within Southern California
