AC Martin has an opening for an Intermediate Construction Administrator.  The employment location will be in our downtown Los Angeles office, in support of several dynamic projects we have in progress in Central California.  Frequent travel to Sacramento, and possibly overnight stays will be required.


  • Minimum 5 yrs. architectural experience in Type I thru Type III construction.
  • Minimum 2 yrs. experience in construction administration.
  • Large commercial experience including hospitality, high-rises, and mixed use.
  • Architectural license desired but not mandatory.
  • Frequent travel to Sacramento and possible overnight stays in support of projects in Central California.
  • Experience with alternative delivery desired.
  • Competency in Excel, Revit, Bluebeam, Word desired.
