Design and manage the development of beautiful, restorative, and high-tech Parsley Health clinics that will define the future of primary care spaces.

You are a passionate designer with real-estate development experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a strong track record for creating beautiful, high-quality spaces that stay functional and commercially scalable.


  • Communicate and collaborate across the company—especially with design and clinical operations—and with the users of our spaces—providers and patients.
  • Create a spatial extension of our approachable and aspirational identity.
  • End-to-end project planning and management for on-budget and on-time clinical launches.
  • Market research including entry strategy, demographic-specific design variations, regulations.
  • Real estate acquisition and lease negotiation.
  • Secure, manage, and coordinate design, construction, and legal consultants.
  • Prepare and launch clinics through collaboration with local teams and clinical operations.
  • Collect data, gather insights, and learn from users in our built spaces to continuously optimize our operations in space.
  • Document learnings to implement a scalable design system and build a team to develop more and more clinics.


  • Architecture, Interiors, Planning or other design-related degree.
  • User-centered design mindset.
  • Successful project management from inception to on-time, on-budget completion for multiple projects.
  • Experience in evaluation of potential market fit.
  • Experience in residential or commercial interior design.
  • Experience in real estate development a plus.
  • Experience in development of physical products, finishes, and specifications.
  • Experience navigating building code and city approval processes.
  • Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling tools.
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
