Our New York office (Flatiron District) is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.  

Requirements include:

  • Solid reputation in the industry
  • Collaborative approach with teams and clients
  • Understands the creative and business needs of our clients
  • RA with base building experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in the NY Area
  • Proven project management track record
  • Financial Management:   Demonstrate a full understanding of project accounting processes; Demonstrate superior understanding of financial management of own projects: On time regular reporting on Billing/Staffing projections, Project Profitability, Collection dates, Projects in potential crisis, Concerns over liability issues.
  • Project  Profitability: Establish and monitor budget. Draft owner/architect agreement, obtain signature and select consultants. Negotiate fees and place under contract. Project Controls: Establishing schedules, deadlines and assignment of personnel. Review and approve consultants’ and other expenses. Maintain and coordinate a high degree of quality control. Support the design vision for the project; balance design, documentation and administrative efforts required with the financial and contractual requirements of the project with respect to fees, scope and construction budget. Identify when scope is outside scope of service and manage accordingly. Obtain additional services when warranted.
