Kevin Daly Architects, a Los-Angeles based architecture firm with an award-winning portfolio in environmentally and socially responsive educational, residential, and institutional spaces is seeking a qualified individual to serve as office manager supporting the company principal and team of designers with daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Office manager will be a self-motivated and organized individual who can ensure the office runs seamlessly from day to day. This individual will be comfortable working in busy architecture firm, serving as the point of contact for the office, supporting office principal and maintaining relationships with corporate subconsultants.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize office operations and procedures and ensure office policies are maintained as necessary.
  • Manage HR related tasks such as annual benefits renewals, employee enrollments, and new-employee on-boarding process.
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (maintenance, equipment supplies, shop supplies, mailing, errands, vendor relationships)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering.
  • Plan office activities, such as parties, lunches, and celebrations.
  • Coordinate travel for Principal and associates.
  • Manage client and subconsultant contracts.
  • Review professional insurance policies for business and maintain record of subconsultant policies.


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years Full-Time experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
  • Background in architecture or design field preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
