BULLI is a Real Estate Development Company comprised of highly skilled Architects and Interior Designers based in downtown Los Angeles. We focus on producing high-end contemporary single-family estates, along with hospitality and restaurant projects. Current projects include many contemporary single-family residences in Bel Air, each in excess of 30,000 sf, as well as the exclusive developer, architect, and interior designers of the expanding restaurant, Bottega Louie, with our newest location coming to West Hollywood in 2019.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Manager. Desired Candidate is a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and be disciplined to create own work objectives, tasks, and schedule for executing job responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
• Payroll processing & Employee Onboarding, Maintaining HR Documents & Employee File Updates
• Organizing employee time cards
• Controlling correspondence
• Designing filing systems
• Reviewing & approving Office Supply requisitions
• Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
• Keep management informed by reviewing & analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
• Assists management in preparing office standards, project documentation, project schedules, and reports
• Assist Staff with the consultant documentation, document delivery, and communication
• Produces images and updates social media sites with current firm information, projects, and activities
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail & problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Project a plus)
• Comfort with online platforms - Social Media, Box, Dropbox, etc.
• Monday-Friday full-time availability
