The program at the base of the project involved the creation of a new auditorium in Acilia- Dragona, an area with a strong sense of neighborhood, and a public park adjacent to it. The park becomes a new meeting place, where the pedestrian paths converge in the building, that emerges monolithically. Its positioning angle to the existing urban fabric reinforces its status as an exception. 

The body horizontal to the ground again the vertical body, which acts as a counterpoint and function as an urban mark. The auditorium, which can get classic performances, closing in itself, opens up towards the square, becoming a versatile and casual culture place.

From a constructive point of view, the building structural system uses a mixed reinforced concrete and metal profiles and is coated by a very concrete material, which contrasts with the white murolux, that absorbs and ligths.
