Leach Mounce Architects provided full design services for the City of Fremont to design their new police indoor firing range. The building is estimated to be 10,000 s.f. accommodating 10 lanes. Construction and equipment costs are estimated to be $4,200,000 for the building and the range equipment approximately $600,000. Re-routing of major campus utilities were a challenged at the proposed site location. Located adjacent to an animal shelter & a new dog park, the facility met the high demand for highly acoustical rated facility. The City not only benefits from it’s new facility, but collets additional revenues from the adjacent Public Safety communities.
