The Chicago Housing Authority and Lathrop Community Partners have established a project for the revitalization of Lathrop Homes in Chicago, IL.  This historic master plan development is to preserve as much of the architectural features and landscape as possible while providing additional housing for the growing community.  Multiple concepts for expansion have been developed for addressing the existing conditions.

Rendered images of the options for expanding the existing buildings while preserving as much of the architectural character as possible are indicated above.  The overall master plan indicates the greenscape which is to be preserved among the building footprints.
